alma has received many accolades, including best new restaurant in america 2013 by bon appetit and a repeat member of jonathan gold’s top lists.
chef ari taymor features seasonal fresh ingredients from alma’s own farms and local producers. we were very impressed by the tasting menu with beautiful presentation, bold flavors and complex textures. wine pairing was eclectic and quite interesting while still pairing well with each course.
