the 9 course seasonal menu at alma highlights the local ingredients of los angeles in a creative and delicious manner. it’s no surprise that alma has received numerous accolades. most recently, chef ari taymor has been nominated for the 2015 james beard rising chef award.
to add to the sheer awesomeness of chef ari, he is very active in local community outreach, educating inner city children about the importance of nutrition and preparing easy but healthy meals. we’re all very blessed to be able to enjoy his fine creations and its great to know that his contributions extends beyond the restaurant.
